Cancellation Policy


The Spirit of Huntington has the right to change class times, withdraw classes, or substitute instructors when needed. Registration and payment is due before or on the first class date. Classes that do not meet enrollment requirements may be canceled or delayed. Students will be notified of changes to registration by either phone or email. 

If buying multiple classes, you do not have to attend them sequentially. They can be attended at any time during the semester. Classes do NOT carry over between the 12 week semesters.

In the event a class is canceled due to inclement weather or other emergency, enrollment will carry over to the next class the following week.

Refunds can be issued if withdrawn from the class two weeks or more before the start date of the session. Students who withdraw less than two weeks prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund, or a class credit, valid for one year after issue. No refunds or credits can be issued after the start of the class date.

*Sculpture classes run in sessions from 6 to 8 weeks. If you cannot attend your normal class time, you may attend one of the alternative class times to make it up. Make ups must occur during the session and do NOT carry over to a new session.
